Notice of the Closure of Trading Window

 

All the concerned persons are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed by clause VI of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of Wall Street Finance Limited the Trading Window for the shares of Wall Street Finance Limited will remain closed from 20^th May 2012 to 29^th May 2012 (both days inclusive).

 

This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Wall Street Finance Limited which is scheduled to be held on 28^th May 2012, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended 31^st March 2012.

 

Accordingly, all persons to whom the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading of Wall Street Finance Limited is applicable and also those persons to whom the said Code is not applicable but, who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting (either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to trade in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
